Our Lack of Transparency: A Scientific Explanation and Why Crystals Can Help

Aug 11, 2019

“The fate and behavior of an organism is directly linked to its perception of the environment.”

—Bruce Lipton, The Biology of Belief

In The Biology of Belief, stem cell biologist and PhD Bruce Lipton explains that our perception (not our genes) controls our biology. Epigenetics reveals that our genes are constantly modified by life experiences—and our perceptions are really what shape our biology.

How can intangible and ethereal perception—our recognition and interpretation of sensory information—effect our tangible and solid physical bodies?

In 1922, physics Nobel Prize winner Niels Bohr revealed that the atom, the basic unit of matter, is mostly empty space filled with energy. So, even though we learn to identify with and think we literally are our bodies, what we define as our solid body is really 0.0000001 percent matter. Moreover, “Because each atom has its own specific energy signature (wobble), assemblies of atoms (molecules) collectively radiate their own identifying energy patterns.”[1] Our energy—not our bodies—is what really identifies us. This is an important part of understanding crystal resonance and healing.

Our invisible reality is much more complex than what is visible to the naked eye. Energy has a particular behavior. Atoms are in constant motion, in the form of waves, each identified by its specific frequency. And they cluster in a number of different energy fields—in our bodies, those of each organ, our mind, or the set of both, which are constantly intermingling as you read these lines.

When our energy field’s vibration is resonant and in phase with another energy field, our field vibrates faster—it raises our frequency. This is what we may experience when we work with crystals through resonance. In physics, this phenomenon is known as constructive resonance. Destructive resonance is when the waves are out of sync—canceling the vibrations and stagnating energy.[2] For me, this is the potential danger we’re all exposed to when we’re not authentic and the origin of diseases, suffering, and imbalance in the world.

And there’s more. “At a sub-atomic level, matter does not even exist with certainty; it only exists as a tendency to exist.”[3] This can be explained by “the observer effect.” By simply observing, we can transform energy waves into particles or matter.

At first glance, it seems we’re in control of creating our reality. But I’m sorry to tell you it’s not like that. What’s really creating our reality is the resonance between our internal and external energy fields, specifically the resonance with the field related to our perception—our mind energy field.

For researchers Dirk K. F. Meijer and Hans J. H. Geesink, our brain isn’t a “stand-alone” information-processing organ. Rather, a central part of our integral nervous system, exchanging information with the entire organism and the cosmos, it can be seen as a holographic structured field interacting with resonant sensitive structures in the various cell types in our body. From this perspective, our individual minds are part of a larger universal consciousness, “instrumental in the entire fabric of reality.”[4]

Information flows in two directions—from subatomic particles up to atoms, molecules, cellular organelles, neurons, neuronal networks, and the electromagnetic field of the brain and, through nonlocal quantum entanglement, from the environment’s electromagnetic fields to the electromagnetic field of the brain. From the cosmos to our immediate surroundings, without our full awareness, we are continually receiving tons of information. This constant flow in both directions explains how thoughts and beliefs affect our physical balance and create our reality.

According to Dr. Thomas Verny, an expert in prenatal and perinatal psychiatry, “Findings in the peer-reviewed literature over the course of decades establish, beyond any doubt, that parents have overwhelming influence on the mental and physical attributes of the children they raise. And that their influence starts before children are born.”[5] Beliefs, thoughts, words, and behaviors are energy! We mostly absorb information through auditory and visual stimuli. From our mothers’ wombs until the age of six—our brain operates at a lower EEG frequency (0.5 to 8 Hz) and are more predisposed to the information and programming of others. This life stage is when we become hardwired to others’ beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors and lose our original transparency.

Here is where energy resonance plays an important role in manifesting our reality. Through the observer effect, the quantum field that’s interconnected with your mind energy field resonates with the inner contents of your mind in the shape of waves or frequencies and transforms these waves into particles—matter! In this way, the perceptions we’ve learned unconsciously from others—the energetic reality—materialize. This is the real quantum story behind what we know as our reality—including suffering.

But you can choose another option. You can work internally and consciously on yourself to identify and release these contents, to avoid becoming recontaminated with others’ information, and to recognize the best input to create your own reality.

As I point out in The Crystal Blueprint, “Crystal healing is based on the recognition that matter is energy; therefore, we can heal the body through the manipulation of different energetic vibrations and patterns through the network of interwoven energy fields.”

Crystal energy healing attempts to heal illness and transform human beliefs and experiences recorded in our body and mind’s energy fields by manipulating symbols and energy patterns through quartz crystal’s scientifically proven properties used in modern technology. Their transparency can help us resonate with our original transparency and transform acquired patterns to live our chosen reality.

Now you can understand why “transparentizing” the contents of your mind and beginning to live your own story is so important—and why crystals can help.

Weekly Crystal Practice: Generating Constructive Resonance to Begin to Change Your Reality

How about begin to create your reality from your transparent canvas now?

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but we live in a universe of resonant energy where either we resonate with our surroundings or don’t and vice versa. In this way, our thoughts and beliefs and those of others can resonate or not, our thoughts constantly resonate with our body and its organs, and all the information inside us resonates to create our reality. This also means that we are resonating with the stories of our ancestors, our families, friends, teachers, cultures, religions, ethnicities, nations, genders, and so on.

Based on the reality I am living and the stories that are repeated in my life, if I resonate with my surroundings and this, in turn, resonates again and creates my life, one of my biggest concerns would be to recognize what patterns I am resonating with, from whom I have picked them up, and how I can change my resonance to create my best option of reality.

I would definitely begin by recognizing the contents within my mind and making sure they become transparent. Then I would think carefully about what information I want to incorporate into my mind and all its implications. Remember, we are designing our life and we don’t want to leave any loose ends when it comes to creating the best option we want to live from now on. Creating strategies to ensure this happens is an important part of this process.

But you don’t have to wait until your mind is transparent to begin creating strategies.

Let’s do it now!

Please focus on the stage of your life from when you were in your mother’s womb to when you were six years old. You can focus on a specific event that happened during that time. Or, if you don’t remember, just focus on this period of your life.

Tuning into this story or stage of life, I invite you to inhale and exhale nasally three times. Allow yourself to resonate with the crystal. Stay here until you truly feel the crystal that resonates with you from the crystal screen. Feel how the resonance between you and the crystal makes your energy field vibrate faster.

Here comes your strategy!

Whatever work you have focused on, this is the general strategy:

  • Meditate with the crystal every day at the same time, with the intention of recognizing the root of your story. In which person, beliefs system or circumstance did it originate?
  • Once you recognize the root of your story, make the scene transparent, as if you were deleting it.

Note: Point 1 and 2 must be repeated for 21 days before stepping into point 3.

  • Think carefully about how you want your life to be and put it on the transparent screen you have created.
  • It is important that what you are visualizing is in the present, as if you were living it today. If you can stage it and act upon it every day, the better!
  • Be especially aware of the information you receive from your direct environment and filter whatever is not aligned with the dream reality that you are working on and want to resonate with.

There you go!

And please don’t forget to share your crystal experience with me.
