Three Daily Crystalline Self-Care Routines for 2020!

Among the things I enjoy most about working with crystals are all the great side effects that come by working with them. Not only have crystals healed me; they have brought a glow to my skin, given me a peaceful attitude, and enabled me to make better choices in my life. After so many years of working with crystals and experiencing these very positive side effects, I decided to include crystals as part of my daily routine to connect with my well-being. I currently use quartz crystals every day to keep me healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. Today I’m going to share with you three new crystalline self-care routines to include in your life so that you can rock in the holiday seasons and welcome 2020 with crystalline sparkles!


One of the things I’m complimented for most is my skin. My skin wasn’t always as you see it now. It was very dry, and this increased after my menopause. One of the things I started to notice when I included crystals in my daily routines was that my skin began to glow, and over the years, it didn’t seem to age like I saw happening for the people around me. It was as if crystals were delaying the skin’s aging process.


Aging is commonly defined as the accumulation of diverse deleterious changes occurring in cells and tissues with advancing age. Observing animals in their habitats, scientists saw that they rarely become senescent (or experience the process of deterioration while aging). This suggests that experiencing deterioration while we age is a phenomenon unique to human species. Repetitive thoughts are also unique to us. I wonder if this has anything to do with our wrinkles. There are many theories about aging that I won’t talk about here. But a particular one that calls my attention is related to defects in the electron transfer that affect cellular energetics. This theory piqued my attention because electricity in our body is related to crystals, specifically to crystals inside our cells.


In the same way, crystals are used in the transmitters and receivers of radio and other electronics to couple resonant energy from one circuit to another, crystals are used by the cell membrane to produce electricity or energy!


The phospholipid bilayer that makes up our cell membranes becomes the vibrating crystal device inside our cells.


So thinking aloud, it occurs to me, if the cells are related to our aging process, and the cells have crystals inside, they resonate with crystals! And if quartz crystals balance and transform energy, when they resonate with crystals inside the cells, they can help balance energy and delay the aging process. That’s why working with crystals on a regular basis has been a rejuvenating process for me. But this is only my hypothesis!


So, based on my hypothesis, aging is closely related with our repetitive thoughts and electricity problems in our body. Based on this, and to cope with my aging process, I decided to include these three daily habits in my life and self-care routine:


1. Use crystals in your bathtub!


I know this may sound “old school” to you! But I love taking long baths. I know! In our fast-paced frenetic world, who has time for a long bath? I don’t, but I make time to include this in my daily routine. The late scientist Marcel Vogel, who worked as IBM’s researcher in the application of quartz, discovered that he could structure water by spinning it around a tuned crystal, altering the characteristics of water and converting it into an information system.[1] Quartz crystals and water have similar tetrahedral geometries. They resonate between each other; the same is true for our body, crystals, and water. The average adult human body is 50–65 percent water. As I point out in The Crystal Blueprint, “Remarkably, the brain and heart are made up of 73 percent water, and our lungs are 83 percent water. The skin has 64 percent water, while the muscles and kidneys are 79 percent. Even our bones comprise 31 percent water.” Placing transparent quartz crystals in your tub, through resonance, can bring balance to the different organs in your body, and it also can rejuvenate you! Elastin—a key protein of our skin related to its elasticity—has a crystal structure and resonates with crystals! So when you’re in the tub, don’t forget to dip a washcloth in the water impregnated with the crystal’s energy or put some on a sprayer to sprinkle some on your face during the day. Believe me, you won’t regret it!


2. Eat a crystalline diet!


Over the years of working with crystals, I have learned that the best way to support the good functioning of our body’s energy is for our food to also contain or resonate with crystals. After all, crystals within our body are closely related to electricity and to vital functions inside our body. “Electricity is what allows the nervous system to send signals to your brain. It also allows for communication between neurons; controls the rhythm of your heartbeat and the movement of blood around your body; allows you to see, feel, hear, and use your muscles …”[2] That is why I mostly follow a vegan keto diet with intermittent fasting.


You may be asking why, from all the diets out there, I chose this specific diet. I chose it because it resonates with the crystals in our body and energy. Vegan keto, simply put, is a fat-rich and plant-based, low-carb diet. Ketosis is a state in which the blood gets ketones. Ketones come from the breakdown of fats in the body. Interestingly, some fats inside our body behave like crystals!


Although fat has gotten a bad reputation, science has discovered that fat is actually a crucial component of our diet. Fat plays a vital role in the functioning of the 37.2 billion cells that make up our body. The phospholipid bilayer I mentioned before is precisely fat but also a crystal related with the electricity and energy in our body. When we eat a rich crystal diet, we are supporting the energy in our body, our health, and our rejuvenating process.


Consuming too much saturated fat can cause high cholesterol levels, which lead to health complications such as cardiovascular disease. Following a vegan diet prevents this. Besides, you are supporting your crystallinity with acts of compassion by not eating animals. In a vegan diet, unsaturated fats are found in avocados, nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils.  


You may be asking, why add intermittent fasting? Because not eating supports our crystallinity; by being empty of food we are literally resonating with energy! For those who don’t know, intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where a person cycles between eating and fasting periods. Although we don’t eat when we’re fasting, many people report having more energy! When you fast, your body wastes the dysfunctional cells; this strengthens your energy field. No wonder many ancient philosophies hold a very special place for fasting among their sacred practices!


Once your body becomes fat adapted, it will start using fat as its main energy source, and you will literally be running your body by crystal energy! Isn’t this awesome!


Mental clarity, resistance to illness, and sustained energy are all positive effects of this diet, which resonates with and supports our process of becoming crystalline.


3. Practice crystal meditation!


I always say, don’t leave your house without meditating! It makes such a difference in your day! It takes away the mind fog of your repeating thoughts to resonate with your transparent energy—meaning that you are connected and resonating with the field of infinite possibilities and one step closer to your dream life. Believe it or not, every time you meditate, you are closer to that loving and caring relationship you’re dreaming of, to overcoming any difficulty in your life, to healing yourself, to welcoming abundance and to living the life you love. Yes! All of this is possible when you practice crystal meditation on a daily basis.


You only have to close your eyes, hold a physical crystal, or imagine that you are breathing in deeply clear transparent crystal energy through your nose into every part of your body and exhaling it. Repeating this for at least 20 minutes.

Yes! You can imagine the crystal’s energy running through your body, because you have crystal-like structures inside your body, and the brain doesn’t distinguish real from imaginary.


Recent neuroscientific studies have discovered that the brain can be changed and rewired through the act of meditation.


Through the practice of meditation, you can begin to transparentize the unwanted information within your energy field so that the 2020 decade will be the best of your life!


For me part of being crystalline is taking care of ourselves, resonating with health and well-being, attracting and live the best relationships and the best life and remaining open to infinite possibilities!
