The Science Behind the Art of Living in the Crystalline Heart

Sep 16, 2019

Past blogs have explained that our energy field originates from the electromagnetic fields created by the cells of our body, including neurons or brain cells. A discussion of the body’s electromagnetic fields would be incomplete without mentioning one of the most important ones—that of the heart.

Rollin McCraty, PhD scientist and director of research at HeartMath Institute, explains in The Energetic Heart that the heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body—its electrical field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the relatively weak brain waves recorded in an electroencephalogram (EEG).[1] “The heart is 100 times stronger electrically and 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain.”[2]

HeartMath Institute studies show this powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several feet from a person’s body and between two individuals in close proximity.

Today we know that the heart energy field is also a torus electromagnetic field. Just as atoms, the Earth, our solar system, and galaxies have torus fields, the heart emits the same torus field.

According to the HeartMath Institute, the life-giving, pumping human heart, the size of a fist and weighing on average less than ten ounces, also possesses a level of intelligence we’re only beginning to understand. Evidence shows the heart also plays a greater role in our mental, emotional, and physical processes than previously thought.

The heart, like the brain, generates a powerful electromagnetic field thanks to sensory neurites. Neurites operate similarly to the brain’s neurons. While the brain is considered the master organ of the human body, new science has revealed it receives many of its instructions from the heart. Indeed, if the electromagnetic field of our brain stores our learned thoughts, the electromagnetic field of the heart stores our learned emotions.

New York Times best-selling author Gregg Braden says unresolved negative emotions like anger, hate, or sadness or prolonged emotional stress can trigger chaotic signals, prompting the release of stress chemicals such as cortisol. The heart is among the organs that store this harmful chemistry. Studies suggest that high levels of cortisol from long-term stress can increase blood cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar, and blood pressure—common risk factors for heart disease and strokes.

According to HeartMath Institute’s research, the heart’s electromagnetic field contains certain information or coding that is transmitted throughout and outside of the body. Researchers were able to show that a mother’s brain waves synchronized to that of her baby’s heartbeat when the baby was lying in the mother’s lap. This data elucidates the intriguing finding that the electromagnetic signals generated by the heart have the capacity to affect others around us—negatively or positively.

Just as we can resonate with the learned thoughts of others in our mind energy field, we can also resonate with emotions learned from others in our heart energy field. If we were raised by a depressed mother or an angry father or in a fearful environment, not only will we repeat these patterns, they will also be perpetuated by those who spend much time with us.

But I have good news. This doesn’t include only negative patterns but positive ones also. And we can consciously “transparentize” those patterns that aren’t serving us well and choose those emotions with which we want to resonate from now on and have a better choice of reality.

HeartMath Institute researchers discovered that intentionally generated positive emotions in the heart energy field can change the heart’s information or coding. As in the mother-baby example, these can be transmitted throughout the cardio-electromagnetic field, not only inside our body but also externally—to people in close proximity or over long distances.

Today we know that the heart is one of our body’s primary crystalline structures. As I mention in The Crystal Blueprint, “One of the most important liquid crystals is myoglobin, a hemoprotein that is related to the electricity of the heart and allows the muscles of the myocardium to expand and contract and, in this way, pump blood throughout the entire body.” I also mention other liquid crystals that catalyze important chemical reactions for the normal function of the heart.

It’s no surprise the heart is the strongest bioelectrical and biomagnetic field generator in the human body, as it’s powered by crystalline structures. Being a torus gives the heart additional properties. Tori, through their central channels, are open at the center. When there are several tori, this provides them with a unique property—establishing connection from the center. When we are empty of emotions and thoughts—transparent—our torus’s central channel can literally interconnect us not only with each other, but also with the entire universe!

It is no coincidence that many ancient philosophies refer to “the path of the center” or “living in the heart.” Ancient traditions have always referred to the heart as the seat of the soul and the doorway or pathway to deep human wisdom and understanding.  From the past to the present, mystics have referred to the center in our being as the place where we can reach serenity and stability. Draw a vertical line from your head to the base of your spine, and the heart coincides with the center of your body.

Observing space, Swiss physicist Nassim Haramein observed that galaxies and planets accumulate matter near their centers. Somehow, everything in the universe remains stable at its center. Matter accumulates at the center of celestial objects because there is no energy in motion here—only stillness.[3] Nassim associates the 64-tetrahedron geometry or “vector equilibrium” with the geometry of stillness or zero-point energy field.

Stillness or being at the center might reconnect us with balance and healing.

Science today confirms that, if we change the electromagnetic field of an atom, we change the energy of what we are made of. The human heart is designed to change our electromagnetic field, and it does this in response to the emotions stored in our heart’s energy field and thoughts stored in our brain’s energy field.

Thanks to the crystalline structures within our heart, the heart can resonate with crystals and their scientific properties. Additionally, crystals’ tetrahedral inner grids resonate with balance. Placing crystals over the heart can help balance and transform unresolved emotions and bring our chemistry and disturbed energy patterns back into crystalline harmony.

It’s time to “listen to your heart”—to your stillness and crystalline center—and transcend your learned emotions. It’s time, through our interconnected fields, to bring peace to the world. What are you waiting for to reconnect with the transparency of your heart? To learn about ways to reconnect with your crystalline heart, read The Crystal Blueprint.

Weekly Crystal Practice: Healing Unresolved Emotions with Crystals in the Electromagnetic Field of the Heart

Do you realize that we’ve learned to blame everyone else for what we experience and feel? In fact, our experiences and feelings are related to the emotions and attitudes we’ve learned from our mother, father, siblings, friends, society, culture, religion, or immediate environment—all stored in the energetic field of our heart. We attract through resonance the same emotions we have learned and now experience in our social circles, work environments, and relationships.

Instead of blaming or holding others accountable, it’s important to realize that the only way to change this is to change our heart electromagnetic field resonance to attract and live out healthy relationships. Working with crystals and their wonderful properties, we can “transparentize” the emotions we integrated from others.

How about beginning now to transparentize our learned emotions?

Bring your attention to the negative emotion that is prevalent in your life—the one that escapes your control, triggers you, and repeats itself unconsciously. Fear, anger, sadness—you name it! Focus on whatever it is for you.

Focusing on this emotion, take three deep inhalations and three deep nasal exhalations and, “without mind,” choose the crystal that you feel most from the “crystal screen.”

Now again, without mind, visualize the crystal in the place on your body or around your body that you feel the most.

Feel the energy. Experience the energy!

For a better crystal resonance experience, I recommend doing this practice for 21 days with the same crystal, in the same place you felt it.

Can you imagine living in a world where our interconnected electromagnetic fields of the heart were transparent? Yes! You imagine well! We would live in lasting peace …

Please share your experience from the heart!
