Growth Time: Pausing to Evolve

Jul 28, 2020

I wanted to let you know that I’m taking a break from blogging for a bit. I’m pressing pause and giving myself permission to grow and evolve.

I’ve been coming to you weekly for some time now, and many of you have been with me since the beginning. A huge thank you for trusting in me and inviting me every week into your inbox, your energy fields, and your lives. I love serving you on your awareness and healing journeys to improve your resonance and help create a better life for you and for everyone. I promise I’ll be back soon with better-than-ever content to support you along the way to becoming the best possible you.

I’m simply taking a short pause to explore recent challenging situations in my life, to become aware of what inside me is creating that specific resonance, and to engage in a conscious process of healing so I can change my thoughts and limited perceptions and do things differently. Evolution is a lifelong ongoing process that never stops—I’m no exception. We are continuously integrating information unconsciously from our surroundings and changing our resonance for good or for bad. It’s always good to pause and ask ourselves questions such as, “Why am I resonating and attracting this particular situation into my life?” and to give ourselves the time to explore the answers. Through doing so, we can become aware of the situation’s origin in order to heal it, transcend it, and change and improve our resonance.

Recent astrological events during June and July have opened a space to go deep inside ourselves and heal all those hidden wounded parts inside us. I want to take the time to go deep inside myself, to hear myself, and to heal all those spaces that are attracting unwanted circumstances into my life. I want to narrow my focus to what truly matters and step away from anything that’s distracting me from being transparently me and my best self.

Don’t get me wrong. I love what I do, and I love you. And my life is telling me through resonance and symbols that it’s time to dig inside me to pull old weeds and plant new seeds—to tap into my individual new resonance and evolved self.

I feel, for me, this is the right time to recalibrate. This could be a good time to recalibrate yourself as well. Along with bringing you well-being, recalibration or balancing your own energy can upgrade your live individually—taking you to the next level—and it can be a part of a collective upgrade for the world.

For all of us, it’s tempting to accumulate more and more responsibility without ever balancing and clearing our own energy. Remember, when you’re out of balance, you bring imbalance not only to your own life but also to the lives of all of those around you.

It’s important to recalibrate every now and then, especially as a leader. When you as a leader recalibrate individually, you help to bring balance to the collective.

My life is calling me to get back on track with my sacred clear and balanced energies—to deepen my roots and strengthen my foundation.

If there are areas of your own life that feel out of balance or that you just want more time to explore, I encourage you to pause and reevaluate, just as I am doing. You don’t have to stay the same—life is all about improving ourselves. Give yourself permission to listen to your life, to heal yourself, and to become your best version of you.

You see, the pivot you need to make for your own beautiful expansion will become clear when you are in contact with the inner parts of you.

Notice when things aren’t working—pause, evaluate, and give yourself permission to evolve. We’ve become used to the status quo, of course, as living in our comfort zones can be much easier than opening up to new possibilities. It’s always much easier to victimize yourself and point fingers at others than to take responsibility and ask yourself: What was my role in the conflict? What was triggered that I need to become aware of and heal in myself so I can grow and learn throughout the process?

When we victimize ourselves, we’re only seeing one point of view and a limited piece of the story. What would it mean for you if, instead of victimizing yourself and seeing your limited perspective, you stepped into others’ shoes and saw the whole picture? Many of us prefer to operate on old rhythms that are familiar, when in reality, the best part of each and every one of us is on the other side of our discomfort.

So here’s what this is—what it means for me on a practical level to take a pause. I’m going to make a space to hear myself. I’m going to spend more time with myself, in a way that doesn’t feel rushed or like I can’t shut off because, even though I’m present, I’m anywhere but there.

I’m going to engage in one-on-one healing sessions—as many as I can to balance myself. I’m going to meditate with crystals every day and drink lots of crystal water. I’ll choose carefully what I eat and fast every now and then. I’ll be in silence in order to hear myself. I’ll choose carefully what I let in—whom I surround myself with and talk to during this process. While others may have the best intentions in mind, they also might be contaminated by their own limited perceptions. As much as I can, I will be in silence to recognize which voices that aren’t authentic are speaking through me and to raise the volume of my clear authentic energy. I’ll do the best I can to spend lots of time in nature. I’ll journal throughout the process to become aware of whether and how my perception is changing. And most important, I’ll be caring for myself and giving myself lots of self-love.

The same kind of compassion, care, and quality we’ve come to expect of ourselves when it comes to others in our lives will only deepen from our willingness to pause, to turn that care inward, and to evaluate before we pivot.

During this break, I’ll do some housekeeping. I’ll expand my vision and resonance to  help all of us grow to make this world a better place for each and everyone of us—not only for me.

I’m wildly passionate about helping humanity unconditionally! And for that, I, as a leader, need to be completely aligned with my authentic energy and purpose to serve better, to hear myself better, and to hear and guide others better. So, time—one of our most valuable assets—is what I’ll give myself. I hope you’ll do the same if this resonates with you, dear one.

You may be wondering: Will we be able to stay connected during this growth time?

Absolutely! I’ll share posts every now and then on my Instagram and Facebook. You can also peruse the treasure trove of information available in the blog section shared here at beatrizsinger.com.

I invite you to ask yourself: Am I also craving permission to pause and evolve? What’s one small thing I could do to make that happen?

Again, thank you for joining me on this journey to grow out of our limited perceptions and to evolve our thinking and emotional patterns so we can become the best possible leaders, for ourselves, for our loved ones, and for the world. See you soon!

Peace and growth!

Beatriz
