Food Choices & Resonance

Like thoughts and beliefs, the sense of taste is also hardwired into our brain. Taste is not in our tongue’s taste buds but, in our brain’s, temporal cortex, contrary to popular belief. The temporal cortex is the part of the brain that recognizes flavors, specifically the amygdala and limbic system. 

Pleasant and unpleasant flavors depend on the amygdala. On the other hand, the limbic system reminds of flavors based on our previous experiences. 

We don't taste food; we remember food. 

When we eat, taste first impacts the taste buds of the tongue and palate. This impact produces a reaction that travels through the nervous system to the brain, which then perceives it as acceptable or not, based on the information we have stored in our MindClouds. 

We are continuously integrating information from our surroundings in our MindClouds. These also include information about the food we eat every day. And the first provider of food information is our biological mother. Our MindClouds begin collecting our food information from the moment we are in her womb. 

The food our mothers eat when we are inside their womb is our primary source of nutrients as babies. Our mother’s food choices during pregnancy also provide our MindCloud with information about the foods we will resonate with or reject throughout our lives. 

In this way, the foods we have been trained to eat will become another program in our MindCloud. We can recognize that our meat-based diet has become a program when we reject other diets automatically without even considering them. 

But resonance may also have other implications that can affect your health. 

Today science has evidence that there are foods that can harm the well-functioning of our bodies —animal products are one of them. 

Morphic Resonance is a theory that proposes that information can be transmitted between two energy fields. 

So, you can understand better, every single being on this planet is an energy field of information. And all experiences are coded as information in our energy fields, including the foods we eat daily 

For example, in an animal-based diet, we are consuming the animals as food and their information in their energy fields —this means their suffering and all the terrible experiences they go through.  

When we eat, our energy field and the animals overlap, and their information, including their suffering, is transferred into our BodyCloud — making us susceptible to resonate with more suffering. 

Animal-based diets are particularly linked to increasing the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, strokes, and cancer that can lead to death. Conversely, the more fruits and vegetables we eat, the lower our risk for these diseases. 

To resonate with a healthy life, it's also important to neutralize the information we have around food in our MindClouds.  

We have to acknowledge that the sense of taste is another program in our MindCloud and, as so, can also be deprogrammed. 

The sense of taste is crucial for our eating behaviors and food choices resonance. For our bodies to resonate with health, neutrality should be at the heart of our food choices. 

It's never too late to re-educate your palate and evolve your sense of taste and food preferences by neutralizing your resonance.
