Have you ever wondered who you really are? Who you would be beyond who you have learned to be? If you were transparent—crystalline—what would your life look like? How would you change your world?

First, a little about my own journey. From a young age, I felt the calamities that afflict our planet, as well as the misery experienced by my fellow human beings. This same pain visited my own life at age 25, when I was diagnosed with cancer, went through a divorce, and faced other adversities. These experiences, along with my training as a journalist and deep desire to know the truth, compelled me to delve into studying the true origins of suffering.

Years of research and experiencing different spiritual practices and philosophies around the globe culminated in a wonderful encounter with crystals. Crystal energy helped me go deep inside and recognize the true source of suffering.

According to what I learned, the source of suffering is the mind; suffering originated from the clash between the information we receive from others and our own—that which lies beneath all the learned information we have acquired from others.

We are constantly repeating others’ stories—those of our families, our communities and societies, our cultures, our religions, our races and nationalities, our genders, and more. Thus, we are unconsciously living those stories on repeat—in our behaviors, emotions, and beliefs.

I also recognized in the repetition of these stories some of the origins of our world crisis.

How can we stop this cycle of suffering in our life and the world?

We can recognize and release all the layers of information we unconsciously learned from others and re-sync with our original self—that which is crystalline and clean of the information of others.

Crystals are born in the depths of the earth’s crust. Although they receive a great deal of strain and information from their environment during their development, their true essence remains unchanged.

Crystals are transparent and help us resonate with our transparent side.

Our transparent side is not only that part of us that is unbiased by others, it is also our energetic side. From our bodies to our minds to crystals, all is energy from a subatomic perspective.

Actually, the transparent energy vibrations generated by crystals are what make crystals so appealing to the technological industry (crystals are found in cell phones, computers, wireless applications, credit cards, GPS, MRIs, TVs, and on and on). These vibrations allow electronic devices to send and receive signals at the frequency they were designed for. In the same way, they can help you tune into your authentic nature to transcend suffering.

In addition, we all have crystalline structures within our bodies that give us a special resonance with crystals.

That is why crystals are excellent tools to reconnect us with our authentic selves.

It has been proven that the inner structure and properties of quartz crystals can balance and transform energetic information. In crystal practices, this means shifting chaos into harmony, separation into togetherness, and suffering into peace.

It’s no coincidence that crystals have been used as tools in different ancient cultures. Now more than ever, humanity requires their potential to transcend our minds and reconnect with our authentic crystalline selves.
