Changing Your Resonance after Divorce Alienation

Mar 18, 2019

Today’s letter is for all who have experienced alienation as part of their divorce. By alienation, I am referring to a state or experience of being separated, isolated, and estranged from the affection of your children or from friend groups, family, and step-family you once belonged to and should continue to be involved with. Changing your inner resonance is possible. And so is changing the quality of your reality.

The period surrounding divorce or separation from our partners can be very confusing.

First, we are separating ourselves from a person we shared our life with—a person for whom we once experienced a deep feeling of love and with whom we may have conceived and raised children.

Second, we are separating ourselves from a preestablished life, from our habits and daily routines. That can include change of affection, change of status, change of friends, and change of housing. It may mean life changes that force us to separate from our own children and/or literally start from scratch.

As if all this wasn’t enough, in our effort to start a new life, we are judged and alienated by our exes, our own children, society, and religion. People who we thought we knew and people who don’t even know us may participate in alienating or isolating behavior. These behaviors and attitudes can come from many sources—our former partner’s new girlfriend or boyfriend, the ex-wife or ex-husband of our new partner, her or his children, and her or his family, to name a few.

It is very difficult not to feel affected by all of this. Although all of us—the protagonists of this story—see ourselves as solid beings, there is a deeper truth to keep in mind. At a level imperceptible to the human eye, in the subatomic world, we are interconnected fields of energy. On the energetic level, the information of others is literally affecting our energy. Moreover, the alienation and judgment we experience from others can become an internal program. The harsh voices outside can become the inner critic inside of us—the demeaning inner judge and our worst enemy.

Perhaps you are being hard on yourself and/or having difficulty accepting yourself and your new life. Perhaps it seems that others aren’t accepting you. Perhaps it feels impossible to do otherwise. This may partially be the effect of exposure to such information. The destructive thought process that develops can become a program that runs our life. It can be manifested as depression, alcoholism, and anger, as well as in many other forms.

The real problem is that this creates an inner resonance that can manifest an ongoing cycle of suffering unless we consciously choose to deactivate it.

I have survived two divorces that left many wounds, the most profound being a separation from my children. The voices of others seized their innocent minds and set in motion what would become the separation program in our lives.

More voices joined, speaking from their limited programming—from the limited points of view they had unconsciously learned about what it means to be a mother and how she should behave.

All these programs activated, by resonance, my internal destructive program, and I fell into a deep depression. Fortunately for me, the crystals were my allies during this process. They helped me differentiate the voices of others from my own voice and helped me turn up the volume of my authentic voice—my crystal blueprint.

I started meditating every day with my clear quartz mala. First, I would mediate for five minutes and then ten minutes and then twenty minutes, until I was able to do it for an hour. The feeling was as if, literally, I had a light beacon inside of me—a beacon that illuminated only the authentic within me and discarded everything else. By transparentizing the inauthentic, my life changed course.

From sinking, I emerged to what, from then on, would become my authentic life going forward. This transparentization and work toward uncovering my crystal blueprint has brought me to the point where I am able to share my passion for crystals, having won Hay House’s writing contest and become a published author. It has allowed the possibility of me sharing this with you today, so that you too can have your own breakthroughs and the chance to live your authentic life.

Quartz crystals’ amazing properties can help you transcend your inner contents to identify your crystal blueprint—the authenticity within you—and live the best version of you. They can also help you discern others’ information and filter it, only letting in what resonates with who you really are.

Remember, you are a shining crystal. Do not let limiting learned information, of which others are not even aware, take away your true light.
