Can Quartz Crystals Balance Our Frequencies, as in Our Modern Devices?

When we bring our focus and awareness to what we are thinking, we can choose to only receive what helps us build up frequencies that facilitate the flow of energy and higher frequencies. All of this can open up our resonance to vibrate with the best version of ourselves and the world.  

This can be compared to when our bodies resonate with health when we provide them with wholesome nutritious foods, exercise, and mindfulness practices. These small changes move us toward improving our relationship with ourselves. Our hearts are fulfilled, and we resonate with balance, which I refer to as neutral resonance. 

To reach neutral resonance, we must work on ourselves not only at a conscious level, but also at a subconscious one.  

Our conscious mind is similar to the tip of an iceberg or what we can perceive. All that is under the water or what we are unaware of is unconscious. Our mind clouds mostly are made up of unconscious information. 

In the same way quartz crystals balance frequencies in our smart phones, watches, satellites, etc. they can balance frequencies in our electromagnetic energy fields which are made of unconscious thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, emotions, experiences and so on. All of these encompass our inner resonance. 

Despite the fact that many people might consider quartz crystals to be esoteric, woo woo, or placebos they are backed by real science. Quantum mechanics can support and prove the powerful ways in which they work with our energy.  

Since quartz crystals have one of the most stable energies in the planet, they have the capability to balance everything they are exposed to. This is mostly because of the unique way in which their atoms are arranged. Quartz crystals’ inner structure enables them to act as stabilizers to heal us.  

In our world, energy moves in geometric patterns. When these patterns are altered or disturbed they manifest themselves in such a way to the world through different forms—one of them being imbalance. Since quartz crystals have a unique inner structure and resonate with geometric patterns, they can basically re-pattern the geometry of unbalanced energy. 

By emitting and receiving energy, quartz crystals and our thoughts mutually affect one another. They can be influenced by the energy of our thoughts, and our thoughts can also be transformed by the energy of quartz crystals.
